Fulton's - Taste the Tradition! The Fulton family has been tapping majestic sugar maples on their farm in Pakenham, Ontario since 1840. Fulton's company has a history of over 180 years of family tradition and maple memories. Shirley Fulton-Deugo is the fourth generation of her family to steward the property and the maple forest. She and her son, Scott, are actively training generation six!

HONEYBAR
HoneyBar is a 30-year-old company based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Our premise is simple, to manufacture snack bars sweetened and bound with only honey. The bars are made with nuts, seeds, dried fruits and honey and contain less than 10 ingredients and between 6g-8g of protein per bar. HoneyBars are certified gluten free, certified kosher and use only non-GMO ingredients.

Hardbite Chips is a wholly owned Canadian company that crafts great tasting natural snacks that inspire people to go beyond. Based in Langley BC, Hardbite handcrafts all-natural non-GMO chips that are just as tasty as the big brands without any artificial flavours or preservatives.

Zazubean is a local (BC) producer of gourmet healthy dark chocolates. The company offers organic and fair-trade certified chocolates, enabling consumers to enjoy delicious, clean non GMO, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, kosher, keto & paleo-friendly chocolate while farmers get a fair share for their cocoa beans and sugar. ROUSSEAU CHOCOLATIER
Julien Rousseau-Dumarcet and Nathalie Morin met and fell in love in Wakefield, QC. He, a Frenchmen with a passion for chocolate; she, a young hospitality professional who had itchy feet!
Together they travelled to Europe and began their adventures. They worked for a handful of award winning hotels and independent chocolatiers in France, England and Scotland.
They had envisioned setting up shop in Halifax 2 years prior to arriving in Canada. But why Halifax? Because it offered a great quality of life, had many European influences and was conveniently located between Ottawa and Roquebrune-sur-Argens - the couples' respective hometowns!
